We currently offer shipping within Canada and US.

The following are the terms and constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment process time
All orders are processed within 3 business days pending payment verification.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Canada:

Flat shipping fee of $14.90 CAD applies. Free shipping for orders over $69 CAD.

Canada Shipment method: Canada Post Expedited Parcel

Expect delivery time: 3-7 business days (Provided by Canada Post)

US:

Flat shipping fee of $14.90 USD applies. Free Shipping for orders over $69 USD.

US Shipment method: USPS

Expect delivery time: 4-8 business days (Provided by USPS)

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary based on location.

Orders shipped from Toronto.

Ontario/Quebec typically arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries to the rest of Canada typically take 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipments to the United States usually arrive within 3-15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Special Occasion

We will contact you directly if any special occasion applies before shipping, examples are below:
- Out of Stock products
- Orders with an excessive amount of products
- Other

 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.


Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing you with quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. Here is our return and exchange policy:

**Damaged Items:**
If you receive a damaged item during transit, please contact us immediately and provide relevant photos for us to understand the issue. We will promptly address your situation, and you have the option to choose from the following two solutions:

1. We will arrange a refund for you, and the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

2. We will send you a replacement item without the need for you to return the damaged product.

**Non-eligible Returns:**
We can only accept returns and offer refunds in cases where the product is damaged during transit. For reasons other than this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
